On the 14th of January, 2009 an article appeared in The Times of India highlighting the recent visit to 1298's office by Public Policy Harvard Students. The students spent the morning learning about 1298's unique business model, and how the service operates in Mumbai. Their visit finished with a tour of the 1298 Control and Dispatch Center.
